The detached villas have a sleek design and have a surface of approximately 200 m2, with garden and optional pool deck total even 250 m2. There is a spacious living room with open kitchen and 3 bedrooms. Two bedrooms share a bathroom together. The master bedroom has its own bathroom and has 2 walk-in closets.
